It's difficult to believe that you can lose weight by eating more. This "flies in the face" of conventional wisdom, and it's a radical concept for most folk to grasp.

But when you understand how the body actually processes the food you eat, it becomes much easier to appreciate the "eat more, lose weight" system.

And there are a lot of false notions about why we put on weight, and why (despite our best intentions) it stays on. And about what's the best way to lose it again.

Very few people would believe that to lose weight, you must eat more! And of course it's not just any food-it is a fairly specific diet. But it is a whole new concept to many people.

Likewise, only a small minority would believe that it is possible to change your body in 11 days - shedding 9 pounds of fat. It would seem very difficult to achieve this kind of result.

Yet, this has been achieved and documented. The methods used have been tried and tested, and are being used by people around the world.

To describe the system in simple terms, it takes advantage of the fact that when eating, our brain produces 2 type of hormones - one for burning fat and the other for storing it.

The levels of these 2 hormone types can be controlled, so that extra fat-burning hormones can be produced, and the production of the fat-storage type can be reduced, by eating specific foods.

So it goes without saying, that these hormones (or the control of them) is critical in the quest to lose weight. By eating certain foods, you can get this control.

To see results with the system, you must eat more than 3 times a day, and stick to the correct pattern. This is what it revolves around.

This is a very impressive dieting system, and the speed at which it works is probably the most notable thing about it. It proves that dieting need not be a long, painful process.
